THOMAS P. KERRIGAN has a broad-based practice, with particular concentrations in real estate law, cooperative and condominium representation and general litigation. His real estate practice includes the range of residential and commercial transactions and he serves as counsel to numerous cooperative and condominium boards. He practices extensively at the trial and appellate levels in the New York State and federal courts and has been involved as trial or appellate counsel in many significant cases.
Before coming to the firm, Mr. Kerrigan held a number of positions in public interest law offices, specializing particularly in housing law. He is a 1977 graduate of New York University School of Law and has been a member of the Firm since 1986.
